Mr. Busse joined Clear Sky Capital in 2024 and serves as Managing Director of Multifamily. In this capacity, Lee is responsible for overseeing all facets of Clear Sky Capital’s multifamily acquisition and development business. Over the course of his 20+ year career, Mr. Busse has been involved with the development and acquisition of over 8,000 apartments totaling a transaction volume of over $1.5B. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA in real estate and finance from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Busse is a member of the ULI Colorado Multifamily Product Council, serves on the board for BUILT National and is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.
