On Thursday, July 18th North Texas BUILT members and friends met up for a Happy Hour hosted at our very own LGE Design Build Dallas HQ! The newly opened 20,000-square-foot office recently underwent a massive redevelopment led by Creation, the developer, and executed by LGE, the architect and general contractor.

Once inside the office, warm industrial vibes meet a mixture of midcentury modern elements to create a comfortable, elevated environment. The happy hour was hosted in their large breakroom fully stocked with snacks and cold-brew coffee on tap and their in-house speakeasy!

The evening included a raffle giveaway to two lucky winners, but the biggest winners of all were our friends at Hope Kids! Everyone gathered around as they were presented with a BIG check for $6,000 – the proceeds from our last event – the 2024 North Texas BUILT Ladies Par 3 Challenge.
