Based in Dallas, Texas Suzette has been in the multifamily industry for over 25 years. She started her career in Property Management in 1997 with Columbus Realty Trust and then Post Properties. Eventually she was recruited to join Humphreys and Partners Architects in a Business Development role. In her 10 years with Humphreys she grew her network of clients across the country from Nashville to Hawaii. Even growing her network to the UK. She opened the Denver office and 3 years later moved to Hawaii where she was bi-coastal. She was asked to join the Govenor's Affordable Housing Counsil to help educate them on modular housing. She returned to Texas in 2020 and was excited to join Dwell Design Studio in 2021 to help grow their name recognition in Texas and the West. When she's not working her day job you can find her singing with her band Ice House. She refers to her professional life as a mullet....work in the front and party in the back!
