As Managing Director, Welch oversees the firm's development, strategic development partnerships, and construction management activities across all national markets. He has over fifteen years of industry experience including a diverse development and construction management background. Welch is a proud Charlotte area native and a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
