On Tuesday, October 15th North Texas BUILT hosted the 4th Annual UCHIBA Dinner in Uptown Dallas! North Texas BUILT bought out the entire restaurant and filled every single seat! This event never fails to sell out!
The evening began with a happy hour at the bar, which was sponsored by our friends at AEC . The happy hour featured not one, but TWO signature cocktails courtesy of Dement Designs . Those Citrus Old Fashions & The Hachi No Hiza were absolutely delicious!
Once everyone was seated, dinner service kicked off and over 10 different dishes were featured including Chef’s special nigiri, dumplings, and ending the night with the iconic “fried milk” – the menu was stacked! We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our friends at TerraCORE Panels for being the premier sponsor for this event!
