The 2026 CarolinaBUILT Fish & Chips in Charleston, SC, delivered once again!
We kicked things off on Wednesday at Salty Mike’s for the Welcome Reception, and the energy was high from the start. It was the perfect setting for everyone to reconnect and build meaningful connections. The night continued at the hotel, where late-night bites kept the momentum going—especially the grilled cheeses, which, at this point, have earned a reputation of their own.
