Chad Durham
Vice President - Build To Rent
In his role as national vice president, Chad Durham is responsible for leading the build-to-rent business across the company. Throughout his career in homebuilding, he’s held several positions, including senior builder, purchasing consultant, community manager, project manager, and division president. As division president, he oversaw all operations, land acquisition, and land development for numerous communities with a variety of product types, ranging from high-density townhomes to high-end custom homes. In 2020, he led the launch of Integrity Community Builders, which has now completed over 20 build-to-rent communities totaling more than 2,000 homes.
Chad is passionate about empowering his team members and works to ensure that they have the knowledge, support, and the tools they to be successful and grow with the company. Raised in Austin, he attended Texas Christian University on a baseball scholarship, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Prior to entering the homebuilding industry, he was the 25th-round draft pick for the Houston Astros in 2001 and played for the organization from 2001—2003. Chad is active in his church and generously gives his time and resources to support its ministries and outreach programs.
