Luke Roy leads Preconstruction and Business Development for Summit Contracting Group with over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. He entered the construction industry as a laborer in the field at the age of 20, and worked his way up, gaining an incredible base of knowledge about every aspect of construction. Luke excels at helping developers with extensive value engineering expertise, a keen sense of numbers, and a deep understanding of how a job site operates in the field. But the accomplishment Luke is most proud of isn’t career-related at all – it’s his three kids, two of whom were adopted after he and his wife fostered them.
